SHIPPING DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for All products . Pickups are available Monday to sundays 10am to 7pm . We will text you when your order is ready to pick up, processing time can take 2 hours to process your order. Please at the time of your pick up please have you order confirmation number for faster processing at the pick up.

Free Shipping

We offer free Store pick up shipping on Only orders for store pick up for Only customers that decide to store pick up.

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Not all orders can be shipped all the bouquets ballon’s and arch ballon’s and helium ballon’s can’t be sent out to other states only store pick up or home local delivery. All orders for fast delivery has to be placed before 4pm so we can prepare and delivery to our local delivery office. For your knowledge all shipments tracking and delivery is Mondays to Fridays, weekends days not count so if you place your order on a weekend your order will be delivered by Monday early in the morning and you will receive a tracking number confirmation. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
